my body is aching nw..cos tis afternn i jus ran on the treadmill at hm..n wrkin out for 1/2 hr..lol! ok i noe tts kinda short time but hey its really wrkin out..absolutely no slacking! i will increase the timing nxt time. with all the binging wif bb recently..i realised its time to do someting! yes EXERCISE! nw i haf the free time so no more excuses or wotsoever! the weather tdy is nt really sunny for any suntanning..so cancelled. will mit up wif jenny tml for tanning..perhaps sentosa? we shall see hw it goes..my consultant rang me up tdy n i will be wrkin for 1wk plus at the other bank..i guess its to relieve someone gg on leave..paywise same as aig..the rest of holi i shall remain as a couch potato~ *beams*

ytd went town wif ms kwek to shop for some of our stuff..i finally gt the necklace i wanted! n gt mum a top..yay! also met up wif bao, zl n scotts..went chilling at the usual spinelli..i learnt someting new frm the guys ytd..its a kinda creative pickup line or action u may wish to call..whenever u (meaning guys) happen to spot the ger u fancy n she is digging for coins to enter the toilet at far east..GUYS pls walk up n pay for her! but results may vary..lol! alrite nuff said..am gg back to my tv!
